Moral Injury Consulting Group specializes in providing expert instruction and training for individuals and organizations facing the complex moral and emotional challenges that accompany working in high stakes environments. Moral injury and moral distress are on the rise in environments such as healthcare, military, law enforcement, and social services. Our mission is to foster understanding and resilience through tailored workshops that address the unique needs of each client.

Our Services
Live Workshops
Our in-person workshops are offered as either a focused 90-minute session or a more comprehensive three-hour in-depth training. Each format combines presentation, guided discussion, and applied exercises, with time for participant questions and practical reflection to help teams engage the material together. Participants will be supplied with analog and digitals products to use during the session and to take with them after.
Virtual Workshops
Each virtual conference is structured as a focused 50-minute block that includes a concise presentation, a guided breakout discussion for participants to reflect and engage with one another, and a closing Q&A session designed to address questions and deepen understanding of the material. Participants will be supplied with digitals products to use during the session which they can retain after.

Managing Partner – Tony Setley
Tony has over a decade of experience in military and law enforcement chaplaincy and specializes in training organizations to understand, prevent, and respond to moral injury. He also serves as a train-the-trainer on the subject and developed and delivered multiple nation-wide training programs that have been utilized at dozens of conferences.
